Refund Policy

Newbasstone, Inc. is conducting a crowdfunding project in order to collect payments from persons interested in rejuvenation, relief, relaxation, and a return to general overall well-being. This money will be used to manufacture and deliver the product to the customer. Tentatively, a Shopify preorder sale is planned with the cost per 60 capsule bottle estimated to be $20.00 plus shipping. If for some reason delivery of the product is unable to be made and delivered to the customer a 100% refund will be issued through Shopify. No other refunds will be made available after delivery of the product to the customer, pursuant to Shopify policy.
